2Eligibility & Registration

To create and use a WN44 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. wn44 strictly prohibits access to and use of the platform by minors.
  • Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF in your name.
  • Not being registered in any active self-exclusion programs at wn44 or on gambling restriction lists in Brazil.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and keep it that way for as long as your account remains active.
  • You must not have any other active account or any account previously closed for terms violations on wn44. Only one account is permitted per CPF, residential address, and device.

WN44 may request identity verification documents — such as RG, CPF, or CNH — at any time. Refusal to provide valid documents may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Attention: Duplicate accounts — two or more accounts linked to the same CPF, device, or payment method — will be closed and any bonus balances used will be cancelled. Real-money deposits may be returned to the original payment method following verification.

3Player Account & Security

Each player is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their login credentials. wn44 will never ask for your password through any support channel. Sharing account access with third parties violates these terms and may result in account closure.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Wn44 accepts only payment methods available in Brazil:

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. wn44 does not charge fees on deposits. All deposits must be made in the account holder's name — deposits made by third parties are not accepted. Deposit attempts by individuals not associated with the account's CPF will be returned and may trigger a money laundering investigation under applicable Brazilian law.

All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover on the deposit) before becoming eligible for withdrawal, except in cases of voluntary account closure with no active bonus in use. This security measure exists to protect the integrity of financial transactions.

5Withdrawals & Processing

Withdrawals at WN44 are processed primarily via Pix. Most withdrawals are completed within 30 minutes of the request. VIP Program members receive even higher-priority processing. There are no withdrawal fees for amounts above R$ 100.00.

To make a withdrawal, you must:

  • Having completed identity verification by submitting a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of residence issued within the last 90 days.
  • Having met the rollover requirement applicable to any bonus received, if a pending bonus balance exists.
  • Use the same payment method as the original deposit whenever technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover

WN44 offers promotions and bonuses subject to the specific terms described in each offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

  • Each player is entitled to a single welcome bonus. Duplicate accounts attempting to claim multiple bonuses will be closed.
  • The welcome bonus is 100% match on your first deposit, up to a limit of R$ 1,000.00, with a rollover of 10x the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus) within a period of 30 days to complete.
  • The rollover is calculated exclusively on the bonus amount received. If you deposited R$ 200.00 and received R$ 200.00 in bonus funds, your rollover requirement will be R$ 2,000.00 in wagers (10x on R$ 200.00).
  • Slots bets contribute 100% toward the rollover. Table games and Live Casino bets contribute 10%. Sports Betting wagers contribute 50%.
  • Bets with odds lower than 1,50 in Sports Betting do not count toward fulfilling the bonus rollover.
  • If the total account balance (real + bonus) reaches zero before the rollover is completed, any remaining bonus balance will be automatically cancelled.
WN44 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated withdrawals if it identifies bonus arbitrage attempts, the use of bots, or any other practice that constitutes abuse of the promotions system. Any questions about a specific offer should be clarified with support before participating.

7General Betting & Gaming Rules

8Responsible Gambling

9Account Closure & Suspension

Wn44 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following situations:

  • Providing false information during registration or in verification documents.
  • Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF, device, or payment method.
  • Promotion abuse — use of automated systems, multi-account arrangements, or any practice designed to exploit bonuses in ways not intended.
  • Suspicion of money laundering, financial fraud, or criminal activity involving the account.

In cases of account closure due to terms violations, WN44 may retain bonus balances and any winnings directly derived from the irregular use of the platform. Real-money balances that were not involved in any irregular activity will be returned to the original payment method following a review.

10Limitation of Liability
